What's New in V2.2?

V2.2 of the SwiftTec Club Membership System and Loyaly Tracking System has seen the integration of the systems so that both system share a common code base and a common enhanced database format. There are also the following additional modules and features:

New database design to support a fully modula system
New graphics for backoffice
A number of extension modules and features that require additional licences
- Ability to record and require members to have insurance
- Ability to record and require members to have licences
- Ability to make notes recorded by date (Member History Record)
- Visit Quotas - a new attributes enabling membership to be restricted to a number of visits
- Members can be members of more than 1 organisation in a single database
Integrated Loyalty features and reports from the Loyaty Tracking System V2.1
Support for SQL Server databases
Easy access to admin tool and card designer from backoffice module
Emergency contacts upgraded to have full contact details
More modula design allows more modules and features to be switched on and off via admin tool.
Improved member import allowing easier association of input fields to member/contact fields and easy creation of user-defined fields as part of the field mapping process.

- Multiple e-mail addresses (home, business, other)
- Multiple phone numbers (home, business, mobile, fax)
- Multiple address types including country
Integration of the new message server system for direct sending of e-mail and sms/text messages to members

V2.1 of the SwiftTec Club Membership System has added the following:

Support for MySQL database
An improved member import tool now included as standard
Improved visitlogger with
- touchscreen-friendly interface
- Switchable interactive and non-interactive mode
  - Interactive mode - for use by staff or an operator to monitor and members
  - Non-interactive mode - for member self logging
- Logging of guests in and out (additional licence required)
- Visitor registration and logging (additional licence required)
Improved operator control
Ability to change member code prefixes
Added variable points per member type for adding and redeeming points
Added variable loyalty points for visit according to member type
Allow '.' and '-' in member codes
