BackOffice Overview
The backoffice program is the primary in the MBS System software suite that allows you to perform the primary functions that maintain the database. This includes
- Adding, Editing and Viewing contacts and members
- Adding, Editing and Viewing Contact Groups (groups of related contacts/members)
- Printing membership cards
- Loyalty point operations
- Visit logging operations and monitoring
- Viewing and printing reports
The actual functions enabled is dependent on the options and modules that have been licenced and enabled. From the backoffice program you can also launch the card designer and the admin tool, both of which are accessible from the Tools menu
