Getting Started with the OOHT Manager

In order to configure the OOHT Manager suite correctly the following steps need to be taken after the installation of the database:

• Run the OOHTManager module to
  • Set up the default rates for jobs in the program options
  • Set up the typists

General operation

Day-to-day operations will consist of the following tasks:

• Add, edit and manage jobs
• Invoice generation - should be done periodically, probabbly monthly. Multiple runs will not jobs to be invoiced multiple times.
