Overview
The SwiftTec Loyalty Tracking System is designed to enable business and shops to run a computerised loyalty club. It creates a customisable database of club members which allows for the user to store information such as:
- Full contact details (name, address, phone and e-mail)
- Emergency contact details (name, address, phone, e-mail and relationship to member)
- User-definable attributes/flags
- User-definable customer type. e.g. Normal, Staff, Junior
- A very large free-text field allowing comprehensive notes to be kept
- Member Photos
- User-definable fields
- Member Groups/Accounts
- Points balance and transaction history
The system allows the user to create credit-card sized customer cards containing barcodes or to use cards with pre-encoded magnetic strips. When used in conjunction with an optional barcode / magnetic stripe scanner this allows easy access to member records and easy adding and redeeming of points by simply scanning the member's card and entering the number of points to add or redeem..
